For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, and we typically ship within 1-2 business days. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Eastern Coffee Roasters, we're here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Please include to include the order number, first and last name, and email address, and email us at contact@easternroasters.com. We will happily send you a new product comparable to the original purchase such as weight or quantity.
