    After you place your order we will start processing your purchase which means we will begin your roast and package your coffee or tea. We will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your order.
  • Do you offer subscriptions for your coffee?
    Yes, Eastern Coffee provides subscription services, allowing customers to receive their favorite coffee regularly. This ensures a seamless coffee supply and often comes with exclusive perks. Email us at contact@easternroasters.com if you're interested in subscriptions.
  • What makes Eastern Coffee Roasters specialty coffee unique?
    Eastern Coffee sources high-quality coffee beans from renowned coffee regions, ensuring a distinct flavor profile. The roasting process is carefully curated to enhance the unique characteristics of each coffee variety. Each order is roasted at the time of purchase so when it arrives at your door it is at its optimal freshness.
  • Is there a return policy for coffee purchases?
    Eastern Coffee has a hassle-free return policy for damaged or incorrect orders. Customers can contact customer support within a specified timeframe for assistance. Cancellation or Modifications If you need to modify or cancel an order, be sure to contact us immediately via email@ contact@easternroasters.com. Be sure to include the order number, first and last name, and email address. Our coffee is roasted to order which means that we can make modifications to an order before roasting. All order changes made after roasting will not be made. All changes must be made before orders are placed. Returns and Exchanges We strive to provide you with the best coffee experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.easternroasters.com, you can initiate an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include to include the order number, first and last name, and email address, and email us at contact@easternroasters.com. We will happily send you a new product comparable to the original purchase such as weight or quantity. Exchange Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
